This is from more people using the internet and high volume downloads. Our internet service provider outlines the reasons for decreased internet speeds in a letter. (Click here to read the letter.) Pathfinder has the top internet subscription package offered through our service provider.  The internet provided is through a satellite which operates on a bandwidth, and unfortunately since we are currently at the maximum bandwidth allowed for the month, there is nothing that can be done to increase the speed at this time.  When the bandwidth usage decreases enough (or "catches up" so to speak) the internet speed will increase.  We will be checking into possible solutions to help alleviate decreased internet speeds.
