On September 24, 2011 the Board of Directors approved some recommendations from the Finance Committee. These recommendations included limiting the discount for association dues, allowing for automatic monthly payments, increasing the snow plowing fee, increasing guest site fees, increasing the variance fee for 50-Amp services and assessing monthly late fees for all delinquent owners.
