Voting/Proxy Information

As approved by membership last year, all votes including ones to make a quorum will need to be cast. This is primarily due to the fact that if someone is nominated from the floor during the annual meeting, they will have an equal chance for receiving votes.

Association Administrator

The Board of Directors would like to announce Mr. Duane Wing has accepted the position of Association Administrator for Pathfinder Village.  Duane and his family are coming from South Dakota, and are looking forward to this new opportunity.  Duane will officially begin working in his position the first part of April.   We welcome Duane and look forward to working with him!

Great Hall
Individuals must be a minimum of 12 years old (copy of birth certificate required) and at least 54 inches in height to take the class.  Drivers who have an ID from last year, and did not have any driving violations do not need to re-take the class this year.
